Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to drive innovation in BI solutions and dashboards for global teams. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and expert use of PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx.

You will lead data architecture discussions, oversee offshore delivery teams, and ensure data quality while managing client relationships in a fast-growing analytics consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8–12 years of BI consulting or related experience delivering BI/Reporting projects.
• Experience setting up processes (data governance, analytics, license management).
• PowerBI experience is required.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is desirable.
• CPG/retail industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enterprise BI and dashboards.
• Analyze requirements and design data flows and conceptual models.
• Communicate data architecture to development teams.
• Lead wireframing and prototyping with stakeholders.
• Build and support dashboards using BI tools.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver dashboards/reports.
• Lead data quality validation and risk mitigation.
• Manage client issue escalations and drive improvements.
