Job summary

Innovative Development, LLC is seeking a Power BI Sr. Data Architect for onsite roles in Radnor, PA or Winston-Salem, NC. The position requires multi‑year hands-on experience and strong SQL development skills.

• Hands-on Power BI and BI architecture experience within the last two years.
• Strong SQL development and data normalization skills.
• Dimensional modeling using Kimball bus architecture.
• Semantic modeling with complex composites.

• Row-level and object-level security implementations.
• Monitoring fabric capacity and workload efficiency.

Job description

W2 position with IDLLC/ID Discovery. This is an onsite position 5 days/week in either Radnor, PA or Winston-Salem, NC.

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Sr. Data Architect that has multi-year hands-on experience within the last two years.

• Implementing source control and pipeline deployments for both IT and business developers that enforce DevOps controls.
• Significant expertise in SQL development, including the ability to understand data normalization.
• Dimensional data modeling utilizing Kimball bus architecture.
• Semantic model development, including complex composite models.
• Developing security models that support a large implementation of workspaces, data gateway connections, fabric capacities.
• Developing row-level and object-level security solutions.
• Monitoring fabric capacity utilization for both capacity planning as well as identifying problematic or inefficient workloads.
