Chicago Housing Authority is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable reports for multiple departments. You will develop and optimize SQL procedures, create Power BI dashboards, and document data models and dependencies for BI solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, SSRS, and Power BI expertise, with a collaborative approach to meet CHA reporting standards. Hybrid work is available with remote options after probation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field with 5+ years hands-on SSMS/SSRS/Power BI experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and various SQL dialects.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify report requirements and design data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create & refactor SQL stored procedures and optimize scripts.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop automated data extraction routines with documentation and source control.
• Build Power BI semantic models and architecture with DAX and queries.
• Connect to sources, transform data, and publish visuals for BI consumers.
• Embed Power BI reports into apps via Power BI service or APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers on data warehousing.
