Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power BI expert with 5+ years of Extensive knowledge and experience in using Power BI, including advanced features and best practices. Any added experience of BFSI & Marketing Analytics will be an advantage. This role requires leadership skills to manage clients, partners and inspire and elevate a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling: Implement best-practices in data modeling both within Power BI and external databases to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain high-performing dashboards, while focusing on quality over quantity, especially in the initial months.
• Team Education: Provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members on Power BI usage, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Build Power BI Ecosystem: Establish a robust Power BI ecosystem that supports multiple teams and facilitates seamless data integration and reporting.
• Hands-On Development: Actively participate in the development of dashboards and reports, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI & Data Modelling
• Strong business knowledge and experience in the banking domain, specifically in Marketing Analytics.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques both within Power BI and external databases.
• Ability to effectively educate and mentor team members on Power BI and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong focus on optimizing data models and dashboards for performance.

Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced Power BI Certification: Demonstrated expertise through advanced certification in Power BI.
• Training Experience: Previous experience in training and mentoring teams on Power BI and data modeling.
• Project Management: Experience in managing Power BI projects and building data ecosystems.
