Job summary

PRISM, a Joint Powers Authority delivering risk management and insurance solutions, seeks a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports for staff, member agencies, partners, brokers, and vendors.

The role requires translating business requirements into production-ready reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering data visualizations that enable informed decisions. Two to four years of Power BI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in information systems, analytics or CS.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience creating paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder and/or SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into polished, production‑ready Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful data visualizations and insights.
