Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with business analysis, reporting, analytics, process improvement, Power BI, data modeling, or technology implementation.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders; Power Platform or workflow automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and define KPIs and business rules.
• Analyze current processes and identify gaps to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
• Lead solution design using Power Platform, automation, and business applications.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adoption of improvements.
