The role focuses on translating business needs into practical data and process improvements, developing dashboards and KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in supply chain, analytics, or a related area.
• Experience analyzing business processes, data quality, and ERP-related data is preferred.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business steps and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.

Mansioni

• Analyze supply chain, purchasing, planning, supplier management, and operations processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and recurring reports.
• Validate and govern data quality across ERP and reporting platforms to support better decisions.
• Collaborate with buyers, planners, operations, finance, IT, and suppliers to define reporting needs and drive process improvements.
