Coforge in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Power BI Lead Developer to own the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and data models. You will work with data engineers to create efficient ETL/ELT pipelines feeding BI models and ensure scalable BI solutions.

The role demands expert DAX and Power Query skills, strong SQL, and hands-on BI governance. You will mentor a team, optimize performance, and manage Power BI Service while communicating with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

8+ years in BI/data analytics with 5+ years in Power BI development.
Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
Proficient in SQL with complex queries and performance tuning.
Experience administering Power BI Service and working with Fabric.
Proven leadership or mentoring of a developer team.
Strong stakeholder communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

End-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
