Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Power BI Lead Developer for Trader Joe's client in Monrovia, CA. The role centers on end-to-end design and development of dashboards, reports, and data models, with collaboration on ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Oracle.

You will ensure governance, security, and performance, while leading a small team and presenting insights to varied stakeholders. Strong Power BI, DAX, and Fabric experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI/data analytics, with 5+ years focused on Power BI development.
• Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
• Strong data modeling experience.
• Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience administering Power BI Service.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
