Job summary

National Computer Systems Inc in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Power BI Lead Developer with 8+ years of BI experience to design end-to-end dashboards, data models, and BI solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with data engineers to build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and governance across BI assets.

You will lead a team of developers, optimize performance, and interact with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications while advancing the Power BI/Microsoft Fabric

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI/data analytics with 5+ years in Power BI development.
• Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
• Strong data modeling experience.
• Proficiency in SQL writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Experience administering Power BI Service and with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Key Responsibilities
