Job summary

Lilly IT is seeking an experienced Analytics Platform Administrator to manage the Fabric/Power BI environment, ensuring reliability and scalable adoption across the organization.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams (Azure/AWS) to optimize performance, automate tasks, and enforce governance, enabling enhanced decision-making and global analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Fabric/Power BI platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Fabric/Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server administration.
• SQL capability.
• PowerShell and Fabric/Power BI REST API experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise BI operations, migrations, and DR planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments of Fabric/Power BI across Dev, QA, and Production.
• Maintain high-availability configurations for enterprise BI workloads.
• Plan patches, security updates, and version upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Develop automation scripts and DevOps pipelines using REST APIs and PowerShell.
• Support integrations across Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior admins and establish SOPs for platform operations.
