Qualifications

• 2-5+ years BI development, preferably Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong client-facing, collaboration, and ownership skills.
• Expert Power BI: reports, dashboards, modeling, DAX, Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps that tell a clear story and drive business decisions.
• Develop semantic models—including Direct Lake models on Fabric—with well-structured DAX measures and row-level security.
• Work directly with clients to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate questions into analytics solutions.
• Shape and transform data using Power Query (M), SQL, and Fabric tools with data engineers.
• Apply data visualization and UX best practices for intuitive, accessible reports.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics to enhance client value; optimize model and report performance.
• Participate in client meetings and demonstrations; Senior level mentoring and governance input.
