Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls team. This role can sit at our Texas, Utah, Nevada, or Tennessee offices and focuses on delivering advanced KPI visibility across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

You will design Power BI dashboards, develop Power Apps, perform data analysis, and support budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 7+ years in project controls, reporting, and data analysis on large capital projects.
• Expertise in Power BI dashboards and Power Apps; strong Excel/Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI dashboards for cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Develop Power Apps to streamline data collection and workflow.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and improve reporting accuracy.
• Standardize KPI templates across projects for consistent data.
• Produce regular progress reports for the PMO and executives.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows; support EVM.
• Administer PMIS platforms (e.g., e-Builder, Procore); track reimbursements.
• Provide input on schedules; monitor contractor data and flag discrepancies.
• Support vendor selection, change orders, and close-out reporting as needed.
