Job summary

WorkNovas LLC is seeking a Power BI Developer to support BI and reporting initiatives across finance and operations. The role collaborates with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights via Power BI.

The ideal candidate combines technical reporting expertise with strong communication skills and experience in Finance/ERP environments. Sage ERP familiarity is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or operational reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate business needs into meaningful data insights and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting processes.
• Validate report accuracy and ensure data integrity across reporting solutions.
• Provide recommendations on reporting improvements, metrics, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and support end users as needed.
