Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Power BI Developer to support BI initiatives across finance and operations. You will gather requirements, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights using Power BI in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong technical reporting skills and experience with Finance/ERP-driven environments; Sage ERP experience is a plus but not required. Location options include Wilmington, MA or Fort Myers, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or operational reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into data insights and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and operations to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting processes.
• Validate report accuracy and ensure data integrity.
• Recommend reporting improvements, metrics, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and assist end users.
