Job Description

We are seeking a Power BI Developer to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives across finance and operational functions. This role will work directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, design and develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting expertise with excellent communication skills and experience supporting Finance and/or ERP-driven environments. Experience with Sage ERP is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate business needs into meaningful data insights and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting processes.
• Validate report accuracy and ensure data integrity across reporting solutions.
