Qualifications (Must Have's):

• Extensive PowerBI experience with strong data modelling and SQL skills.
• Experience using Bookmarks, Custom Visuals, and Field parameters to create flexible user-defined PowerBI experiences.
• Extensive SQL skills with the ability to model various scenarios and adapt quickly to data needs.
• Creative with regular application of experience in data development.
• 8-12 Years of overall development experience.
• 5+ Years of PowerBI Development demonstrating advanced skills.
• 8+ Years of SQL experience in modelling data and writing complex queries.
• Experience with GIT for version control.

Nice to Haves:

• Object-Oriented Framework development.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work independently under the Product Manager to deliver internal projects by creating data models, reports, and dashboards with optimal performance and security.
• Manage end-to-end dashboard creation, communicate with product owners, track development timelines and RAID logs, and conduct testing.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to learn and apply data schemas, metrics, and visual standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to refine technical requirements.
• Coordinate with data engineering and architecture teams to ensure data flow and availability.
• Design and implement interactive PowerBI reports and dashboards, including drill-through, drill-down, and tooltips.
• Ensure reports meet performance benchmarks and are properly refreshed.
• Perform data validation, unit testing, and participate in UAT.
• Document data models, report structures, and logic.
• Participate in daily stand-ups.
