Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a BI Tech Lead for Power BI in the United States. The role focuses on building advanced BI solutions, optimizing data models, and delivering dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership.

You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement Row Level Security, and drive performance tuning across complex data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end Power BI solutions with data modeling and DAX calculations.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization for large datasets.
• Proven ability to design and optimize tabular models with VertiPaq.
• Knowledge of AS/AAS, deployments, and gateway configurations.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards for executives.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
