Job summary

ClearPlan is recruiting for an early-career to experienced data analytics professional to support internal analytics, customer-facing analytics, and ClearSync delivery. The role involves building Power BI reports, data solutions, and coordinating across teams.

Training and in-person onboarding may occur in Huntsville, AL, or Westlake, TX. You will work across data pipelines, platforms like Fabric and App Xchange, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn unfamiliar systems, data structures, and processes.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, databases, data visualization, statistics, programming, reporting, or related areas.
• Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and modify existing code, scripts, queries, formulas, and configurations.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment.
• Customer-service mindset and willingness to assist with support, documentation, training, and coordination in addition to technical delivery.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data solutions.
• Assist with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of data pipelines and Fabric components.
• Translate business questions into practical analytics solutions by analyzing source data and requirements.
• Support design and delivery of customer-facing Power BI, data analysis, and Power Platform solutions.
• Build and maintain data transformations, models, calculations, and related components under senior guidance.
• Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Create user guides, documentation, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and reusable materials.
• Provide formal training for customers and internal users as experience develops.
• Support ClearSync onboarding, implementation planning, status reporting, and coordination.
• Maintain ClearSync documentation related to Ramp, Trimble App Xchange, Vista, Spectrum, onboarding, and operations.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, risks, issues, decisions, and follow-ups for ClearSync engagements.
• Progressively assume greater ownership of ClearSync PM functions and provide backup coverage.
