Job summary

ClearPlan seeks a data analytics professional to build internal Power BI reports, support customer analytics, and aid in ClearSync integration delivery. The role blends hands‑on analytics, customer delivery, and project coordination in a hybrid setting with travel up to 25%.

Initial training spans four weeks with potential in Huntsville, AL or Westlake, TX, followed by increasing ownership across delivery, onboarding, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with learning agility.
• Foundational familiarity with Excel, SQL, databases, data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of data pipelines and Fabric components.
• Translate business questions into practical analytics solutions for stakeholders.
• Support customer‑facing Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Create documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
