Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Finance and IT to understand reporting needs and business goals.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Vena and other reporting platforms.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and root causes.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and technical solutions.
• Validate reporting accuracy through testing, reconciliation and QA.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and coordinate solutions with business and technical partners.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization and reusable tools.
• Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable way.
