Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Power BI professional to join our Business team. The role focuses on building scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that drive data-driven decisions across units. You'll collaborate with sales, customer success, and analytics to create insights, support growth, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bi/analytics or data engineering is preferred.
• Strong reporting, BI, and technical background.
• Advanced Power BI expertise and dashboard development.
• SQL querying across multiple sources is required.
• Knowledge of at least one analytics language like R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable data warehouse designs linked to BI tools.
• Develop automated cohort analyses and revenue bridges to monitor metrics.
• Produce actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Partner with multiple business units to plan, strategize, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to create reports for acquisition and retention.
