Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Power BI Analyst to transform data into strategic insights. You will build interactive dashboards, optimize data models, and collaborate with stakeholders globally.

You will mentor junior teammates and contribute to data governance, ETL processes, and reporting standards while working in a fully remote, flexible environment. Strong English skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and advanced BI tools.
• Proven track record of developing complex data analysis and visualization solutions.
• Expert-level skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in creating and implementing data governance and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
