Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Database Engineer 3 - Contingent in Charlotte, NC onsite. You will design and develop Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting, integrating data from APIs, SQL databases, JSON/XML, and ETL/ELT processes to support executive decision-making.

You will analyze complex datasets, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with Agile teams, and drive data transformation initiatives including tracking metrics and supporting product and AI tool

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques.
• Experience working within Agile, Product, Engineering, or Technology delivery organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
