Job summary

The role involves working on datasets around 1.6 million records, collaborating in an Agile environment, and a hybrid work model with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week. U.S.

Qualifications

Contract: 12-Month W2 Contract with Potential for Conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a Power BI Data Analyst to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations team within Cybersecurity at a leading financial services organization.

In this role, you will leverage Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, data analytics, and workflow automation to analyze and manage large datasets and develop scalable reporting and automation solutions. The team works with datasets containing approximately 1.6 million records, providing an opportunity to work on high-volume data and impactful cybersecurity operations initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, joining, and working with large datasets.
• Experience with data wrangling, data transformation, and data integration.
• Experience connecting Power BI or other analytics tools to databases and multiple data sources.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop efficient data workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including sprint cycles and daily standups.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with Alteryx.

Additional Information

• 12-month W2 contract with potential for conversion to a permanent position.
• Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders and eligible for potential conversion.
