Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform complex design, construction, and model data into actionable insights for our data center portfolio.

You will work within the Digital Delivery/BIM team, building dashboards from early design through closeout, collaborating with BIM managers, project teams, and automation/AI specialists to enable informed decisions and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience working with AEC / BIM / construction data (ACC/CDEs, Revit schedules).
• Experience integrating scheduling data (P6) and construction/financial data (Unifier, Hexagon).
• Ability to connect external systems to Power BI via APIs/ETL and automate data refresh.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to clean imperfect data and derive insights.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard design and delivery with program- and project-level KPIs across a multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction administration dashboards tracking submittals, RFIs, daily field reports, and bottlenecks.
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals, metrics, and layouts for informed decisions.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
