Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform design, construction, and model data into clear, operational insights for a U.S. data center portfolio.

You will sit within the Digital Delivery / BIM team, turning messy data into visual dashboards that drive decisions across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have proven Power BI dashboard experience, BIM data familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with BIM managers, project managers, and automation/AI specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Experience with AEC/BIM/construction data such as BIM models, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience integrating scheduling data (e.g., Primavera P6) or procurement/financial data.
• Comfort using APIs or ETL tools to connect systems to Power BI.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and data quality focus.
• Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards for a multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction administration dashboards (RFIs, submittals, daily reports).
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals and metrics for decisions.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
