Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform design, construction, and model data into clear, action-oriented insights for our data center portfolio. You will join the Digital Delivery/BIM team, connecting to data sources and delivering dashboards from early design through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with AEC/BIM data and construction data sources.
• Ability to connect BI to scheduling/financial systems (P6, Unifier, Hexagon).
• Comfort with APIs or ETL to automate data refresh and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards; track program KPIs across multi-site portfolio.
• Create dashboards for submittals, RFIs, daily/field reports; monitor bottlenecks and progress.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear visuals and actionable metrics.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones; iterate dashboards from feedback.
• Collaborate with BIM, construction, automation and AI teams for pilots and reporting.
