Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform design, construction, and model data into actionable insights for a diverse data center portfolio. You will connect to ACC/CDEs, Revit exports, and procurement data, building scalable dashboards that support design through closeout.

You will collaborate with BIM managers, project teams, and AI specialists, delivering templates and standardized measures while ensuring data quality and timely refreshes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with AEC/BIM data (ACC/CDEs, Revit schedules).
• Experience integrating scheduling data (Primavera P6) or procurement data (Unifier, Hexagon).
• Ability to work with APIs or ETL tools for automated refresh.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Dashboard design and delivery for a multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction administration dashboards (RFIs, submittals, daily reports).
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals and metrics for decision making.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
• Develop standard templates and reporting conventions for consistency.
