Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform design, construction, and model data into actionable insights for our data center portfolio. You will join the Digital Delivery / BIM team, connecting to data sources, building models, and visualizing metrics across design through construction.

Ideal candidates will have strong Power BI experience with BIM/AEC data, scheduling and procurement data knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support project teams and

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with AEC/BIM data such as ACC/CDEs or Revit.
• Experience integrating scheduling or financial/procurement data (P6, Unifier, Hexagon).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards coordinating with BIM and construction teams.
• Create construction admin dashboards tracking submittals, RFIs, daily reports, and metrics.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear visuals and metrics for decision making.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and maintain data models and relationships.
• Develop standard dashboard templates and document measures and patterns.
