Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist to transform design, construction, and model data into clear, action-oriented insights for our data center portfolio.

You will sit within the Digital Delivery / BIM team, collaborating with BIM managers, project managers, construction managers, and AI specialists to connect to data, structure it, and visualize it from early design through closeout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with AEC/BIM data, including Revit schedules or model exports.
• Experience integrating scheduling data (Primavera P6) or construction/financial data (Unifier, Hexagon).
• Ability to connect external systems via APIs or ETL tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle imperfect data.
• Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Delivery: design, coordination, metrics across multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction admin dashboards (RFIs, submittals, daily reports).
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals that drive decisions.
• Support project teams during setup and milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback.
