Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions. You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reports, develop data models, and implement ETL/ELT workflows to support public health and government analytics programs.

You will conduct statistical and geospatial analyses, validate data quality, and collaborate with program leaders and clients to define KPIs, reporting standards, and analytic approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in BI, analytics, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into analytics and reporting products.
• Develop Power BI data/models and perform DAX calculations.
• Create ETL/ELT workflows using Power Query (M).
• Conduct statistical analyses to support program evaluation and decision making.
• Perform geospatial analysis and mapping using GIS tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and dashboards user guides.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
