Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a BI Analyst to design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports. You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable analytics, build semantic models and DAX measures, and ensure reporting accuracy across public health and government analytics initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI/analytics, with strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills, and the ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in BI/analytics or related field.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query, data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into analytics products.
