Job summary

Emovis is seeking a Business Analyst to drive value through data-enabled decisions, enhance customer compliance, and boost registrations. You will gather requirements, maintain reporting accuracy, and deliver dashboards that support performance insights.

You will analyze data, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Data Scientists, IT, and Finance, while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, CS, IS, or related field.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or PM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and test automated reporting to track KPIs and business performance.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for real-time insights.
• Identify and implement value-driven initiatives to improve compliance and registrations.
• Analyze data trends to address root causes of complaints and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts, Data Scientists, IT, and Finance to optimize processes.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions with leadership and ops teams.
• Maintain Data Repository and data retention policies for data governance.
• Work with IT to enhance reporting systems and implement improvements.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and BI solutions for transparency.
• Lead discussions with internal teams and clients to drive decision-making.
