Job summary

Qualifications

• VMS experience using Fieldglass, Beeline or similar tool.
• Staffing industry experience.
• Report creation with PowerBI.
• Data validation experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Preferable experience in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Run and prepare reports; responding to client inquiries.
• Create user stories in Azure DevOps for the development team.
• Gather requirements from clients; performing data validation testing for dashboards; multitasking across multiple concurrent requests
• Building and maintaining reports; validating data before it appears in dashboards
• Handle ad hoc client inquiries that may involve data validation or user story creation
• Prepare and support standard practice reporting including but not limited to; SLA, KPI, QBR/ABR, program performance dashboards and other reports
• Running/publishing, maintaining and editing existing reports that are needed to support the practice.
• Program Management Office (PMO), practice leadership and department seniors
• Participate and provide assistance during customer/internal contractual audits
