Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is supporting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Facilities and Asset Management with a Technical Program Analyst role focused on application development, automation, and system modernization using Microsoft Power Platform.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ETL data movement to SQL databases, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable technical outcomes in a DHS environment.

Qualifications

• Develop, deploy, and maintain digital applications using Power Apps to collect, process, store, and display data.
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate to support system modernization and automated communications.
• Support data movement and modernization efforts, including ETL workflows transitioning legacy data sources to modernized databases (e.g., SQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps and Power Automate within a DHS CBP environment.
• Create clear functional and technical documentation to support ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and sustain digital applications using Power Platform.
• Create, implement, and manage advanced automation workflow systems that move data to modern databases like SQL and automate communications.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and engage clients to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Apply Power Platform or CS skills to diagnose and resolve issues in Power Apps/Power Automate within the DHS CBP environment.
