Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in reporting, data analytics, or BI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Power BI dashboards with strong UI/UX.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with data engineers to define data pipelines.
• Deliver end-to-end BI solutions from analysis to optimization.
• Help define dashboard standards, access controls and data refresh.
• Monitor performance and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Promote data governance and security compliance.
• Enable users and drive adoption of BI tools.
• Identify improvements to BI processes and data structures.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
