Job summary

SHI is seeking a Services Solutions Engineer, Data Visualization, to design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics, design, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering enterprise analytics with Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Strong data modeling understanding and SQL experience.
• Experience applying human-centered design in analytics solutions.
• Consulting/enterprise delivery with direct client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables across projects.
• Strong communication to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of data governance and security concepts in analytics.
• Commitment to continuous learning in Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Eligible to work in environments handling government/security data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise Power BI analytics solutions including dashboards and semantic models.
• Leverage Tabular Editor and DAX to create optimized dataflows and complex calculations.
• Apply human-centered design to promote intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure accessibility standards compliance (WCAG 2 / 508).
• Lead discovery sessions with architects, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Implement governance, security, and Row Level Security.
• Support client adoption with documentation and training.
• Contribute reusable assets and best practices to Data & AI practice.
• Maintain accountability and manage risks and quality.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
