Octapharma Plasma seeks a Power BI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards supporting IT and analytics efforts. You will connect data from diverse sources, build robust data models, and implement DAX calculations and Power Query transformations to deliver accurate, governance-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing BI, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification preferred.
• Relevant BI, data analytics, or cloud platform certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for IT organizations.
• Connect and integrate data from databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Create efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Support dashboard deployment, security, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
