Kansas Fiber Network, LLC is hiring a Power BI Analyst to transform operational, financial, customer, and network data into actionable BI insights. You will partner with leaders across operations, engineering, finance, and sales to develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into performance.

The role focuses on data visualization, trends, KPIs, and driving business outcomes through data-informed decision making. Full-time, on-site in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in BI, reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and data models with Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions supporting operations and strategy.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for visibility into performance.
• Create executive dashboards and analytical tools to support decisions.
• Ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with stakeholder needs.
