Job summary

Associa is seeking a Power BI Developer to design and optimize BI solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights for departments including Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

The role covers data modeling, ETL/ELT workflows, and AI-enabled analytics governance, with Databricks experience preferred. You will build dashboards, publish executive reports, and support analytics initiatives enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, SQL, Power BI development or related fields.
Experience building enterprise dashboards, reports, semantic models, and executive visuals in Power BI.
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable reporting solutions.
Create intuitive visualizations supporting operational, tactical, and strategic decisions.
Develop executive-level reporting communicating trends, opportunities, risks, and actions.
Publish, distribute, monitor, and maintain reports and dashboards across the organization.
