Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering.
• 3+ years in Power Automation, SCADA, or Substation Automation.
• Ability to read DC/AC schematics and diagrams for HV substations.
• Knowledge of automation software from Siemens, GE, SEL, or ABB.
• Experience with IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 60870-5 protocols.
• Experience with commissioning and testing in automation.
• Willingness to travel 50–70%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test automation and control systems for substations.
• Perform FAT and SAT, prepare test procedures and commissioning scripts.
• Develop applications using IEC 61850, MODBUS, DNP3 and related protocols.
• Create control logic diagrams, network architectures and design documents.
• Lead project teams and collaborate across lifecycle phases from design to commissioning.
• Serve as primary technical contact with clients and provide on-site support.
