You will architect end-to-end automation, lead migrations from UiPath to Power Automate, and collaborate with process owners, solution architects, and platform admins to ensure governance, security, and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 14+ years IT experience with 5+ years in RPA development and automation delivery.
• Proven hands-on experience with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Automate (Flow, Desktop, Power Apps integration).
• Deep familiarity with API integration, data connectors, and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills in VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Governance, secure credential management, and enterprise-scale automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Lead migrations or integrations from UiPath to Power Automate with continuity assurances.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, and templates aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure security, logging, error handling, and governance across workflows.
• Conduct code and design reviews for quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers on automation best practices.
• Collaborate with process owners, solution architects, and platform administrators.
