Job summary

Vizient, Inc is seeking a senior Automation Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath. You will partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, modernize processes, and deliver scalable solutions improving efficiency and data visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder).
• 3+ years with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator and related technologies.
• Experience building scalable automation in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, security, and platform administration knowledge.
• Experience integrating automation with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise apps.
• Ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentoring technical teams and leading automation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform and UiPath.
• Serve as SME for automation platforms, guiding governance, scalability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Drive modernization initiatives transforming manual processes into scalable solutions.
• Lead delivery activities: design, development, testing, deployment, support, and improvement.
• Ensure adherence to security, reliability, and performance standards.
• Integrate automation with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
