• Develop, prototype, validate and implement cost-effective engineering designs.
• Participate and lead root cause investigation of failures.
• Provide technical directions to support personnel.
• Work with engineering and other functions to implement process and product improvements.
• Communicate information to internal and external customer organizations.
• Travel as required.
