Candidates must have hands-on Power Apps experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, plus integration skills with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL. The project is hybrid with a preference for 3 days onsite and ASAP start to mid-October.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power Apps development experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience with Power Automate workflow and process automation.
• Integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL and other enterprise systems.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Groton, CT (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users and engineering teams to design and develop low-code applications that streamline processes and improve data visibility.
• Own the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
• Support ongoing improvements and user adoption.
