ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions leader, seeks a Power Apps & Copilot Studio Developer to support clinical program teams remotely. Design, build, and deploy Power Apps and Copilot Studio copilots to turn operational data into actionable outputs and integrate end-to-end workflows with Power Automate.

You will work within governance and security standards, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Power Platform development with production deployments.
• Experience building and deploying Copilot Studio agents/copilots (not just Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Strong Power Automate experience, including connectors and data source integration.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint and/or SQL as data sources.
• IT or software development background; able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven) to support clinical operations.
• Build and deploy AI copilots and agents in Copilot Studio (topics, knowledge sources, actions, AI responses).
• Create solutions to process large volumes of operational data for clinical teams.
• Build Power Automate flows connecting apps, copilots, and data sources for end-to-end workflows.
• Provide support, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Apps and copilots within governance and security standards.

Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Power Apps & Copilot Studio Developer to join its business operations team. As a Power Apps & Copilot Studio Developer, you will be part of the business operations team supporting clinical program and trial teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on Power Platform development experience, strong Copilot Studio agent and topic building skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into secure, production‑ready solutions. Job Title: Power Apps & Copilot Studio Developer Location: Remote Pay Range: 60-65/hr

What's the Job?

• Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven) that support clinical trial operations processes.
• Build and deploy AI copilots and agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, knowledge sources, actions, and generative answers.
• Create solutions that process large volumes of operational data and return structured, usable outputs for clinical program and trial teams.
• Build Power Automate flows that connect apps, copilots, and data sources to support end‑to‑end workflows.
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Apps and copilots already in deployment while working within Power Platform governance, security, and deployment standards.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of hands‑on Power Platform development, with Power Apps solutions deployed to production.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying agents or copilots in Copilot Studio (not just using Microsoft 365 Copilot).
