Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a 2nd shift powder production operator to execute daily tasks by following PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules.

You will operate and maintain large-scale equipment, perform batch chemistry calculations, participate in safety initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing protective gear.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and follow complex work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical abilities for unit conversions and calculations in batch processes.
• Experience operating plant equipment and industrial vehicles is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 lbs as required.
• Willing to train on 1st shift if needed for a designated period.

Responsibilities

• Interpret PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules to execute daily tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment and assist with minor repairs.
• Support safety initiatives and adhere to quality protocols in a noisy environment.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and document turnover and reports.
