Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED plus related experience.
Experience leading a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead powder production and oversee inventory to ensure timely material availability.
Provide employee direction, training and safety oversight.
Enforce safety policies and site procedures, and operate equipment as needed.
Maintain organized work areas and balance workload to minimize downtime.
Identify waste, drive improvements, and support product-team initiatives.
Possess valid driver's license to operate company vehicles and participate in site logistics.
