We’re seeking a Process Engineer with hands‑on experience in large‑scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging R&D and manufacturing, improving yields, and building smarter, more efficient processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support the transition of new products from development to full‑scale manufacturing.
• Develop and refine process plans, equipment settings, and in‑process specifications.
• Analyze and improve yield, efficiency, and process capability.
• Implement and support Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO‑9001 documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Development Engineering.
• Review equipment performance, energy usage, and calibration requirements.
• Support customer interactions related to product specifications and testing.
• Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Ensure proper product labeling, testing, traceability, and disposition.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records.
